Refund Policy

At Pacific Posh, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping and return costs.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package, which is to our central warehouse in Asia. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. You can contact us at any time if you wish to make a return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned (e.g. discounted items and package deals). Items such as custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty or personal care products).

Damage and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether a refund is authorized. If so, you will receive an automatic refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
